At Studio Basheva, we offer a full range of architectural services, from a new built, a complete refurbishment, residential and commercial properties. With an extensive network of consultants, we pride ourselves on delivering unique and personalised spaces.
Prior to commencement, any architect would ask you for the list of items below.
That’s the foundation for the phase that follows where we start designing.
Studio Basheva offers three levels of services: Basic, Standard and Premium.

Our Mission
At STUDIO BASHEVA ARCHITECTURE we pride ourselves for designing light spaces, and meeting the clients budgets within the given time frame. We enter into a dynamic dialog with the client to establish the wants and the wishes of the project. We have an extensive experience in a wide range of projects from urban master planning, projects in education, and high-end residential refurbishments. Communication is the key to our success. We work with you to ensure your vision comes to fruition.

Kathy Basheva
Kathy Basheva is a RIBA chartered architect and urban designer, based in London. She is a multilingual architect, with a background in environmental studies and international experience. Kathy holds a Bachelor of Architecture and a Master of Science from the University of Applied Sciences, Cologne. With experience in China, the Middle Ea
Kathy Basheva is a RIBA chartered architect and urban designer, based in London. She is a multilingual architect, with a background in environmental studies and international experience. Kathy holds a Bachelor of Architecture and a Master of Science from the University of Applied Sciences, Cologne. With experience in China, the Middle East, Europe and the UK, Kathy brings a unique international understanding and design flair. Since 2006 Kathy has based her practice in London working to deliver high quality projects.
The unique viewpoint Kathy has established in the practice is her international experience and a view to always resolve the client’s brief within budget and time scale. She is a regular external critic at the Bauhaus school of architecture and has been invited as a critic at the AA, the UCL Bartlett, the UEL.
Kathy loves art galleries and theatre.

David Bateman is a project manager with a long standing professional experience working amongst others in Oman, China, US, UK, Singapore, Bahrein and Azerbaijan. He brings a wealth of experience and practical knowledge of the construction industry.
David loves weekend DIY and is an avid sailor.
